Judging Process

All nominations will be assessed by an independent judging panel made up of experienced business and community leaders. Each submission will be evaluated against the published award criteria to ensure a fair, transparent and impartial process.

The Customer Service Excellence Award – People's Choice will also include public voting as part of the judging process.
