The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to establish standards of ethical behaviour and professional conduct for all members of the Armadale Region Business Association Inc.
This Code applies to all members, including board members, staff, and volunteers.
All members are expected to behave in ways that are aligned with our core principles:
Members shall promote diversity and inclusion and shall not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment or bullying. Members who witness any type of inappropriate behaviour are requested to report it immediately to the President or Secretary.
Members shall strive to minimise their environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership or sponsorship agreement.
This Code of Conduct shall be reviewed annually and amended as necessary to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
