PRESIDENT We're delighted to introduce our new President, Deena Syed, a dedicated leader with a passion for supporting and empowering the Armadale business community. With her strong strategic vision, dynamic energy, and commitment to fostering growth and inclusivity, Deena is eager to drive forward the Association's mission. She brings extensive experience in business development, marketing, and stakeholder engagement, positioning her perfectly to strengthen connections, amplify local voices, and lead our Association into a thriving future. Under Deena’s leadership, we look forward to a flourishing period of growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact for all our members. Deena's team at Brand Guru Agency will be giving their time and expertise free of charge to promote monthly events through all social media platforms and traditional media outlets for the length of her presidency. TREASURER Pamela Taylor is the Founder and Director of Greenspace Bookkeeping, a Registered BAS Agent, and an experienced bookkeeping professional with more than 25 years of supporting small and medium businesses across Western Australia. Passionate about helping business owners understand their finances, Pamela specialises in practical financial management, streamlined systems and meaningful reporting that enables informed business decisions. Beyond her business, Pamela is a respected leader within the bookkeeping profession, serving as a Non-Executive Director of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), Chair of the ICB Advisory Board, and a member of the Software Advisory Committee. She has also represented the profession through industry consultation and advocacy, including with the ATO BAS Agent Advisory Group. As Treasurer of the Armadale Chamber of Commerce, Pamela brings strong financial governance, practical expertise and a genuine commitment to supporting local businesses and strengthening the business community.
