NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

Annual General Meeting of Armadale Region Business Association Inc., trading as Armadale Chamber of Commerce, will be held as follows:

Date: Thursday, 24 September 2026
Time: 5:30 – 6:30
Venue: Armadale District Hall

The Annual General Meeting provides members with the opportunity to receive an update on the activities and performance of the Chamber for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, consider the financial report of the Association, and conduct the governance business required under the Chamber's Constitution.

Business of the Annual General Meeting

The business of the meeting will include:

1. Welcome and confirmation of quorum.
2. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any Special General Meeting minutes requiring confirmation.
3. Presentation and consideration of the FY26 Committee President's Report.
4. Presentation and consideration of the FY26 Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2026.
5. Determination of the number of Ordinary Committee Members to hold office for the coming year.

6. Election of Committee positions that are due for election or are vacant.

Voting and Proxies

Ordinary Members eligible to vote may vote personally or by proxy in accordance with the Constitution.

Members wishing to appoint a proxy should complete and return the attached Proxy Form in accordance with the instructions provided.
