With over 25 years of qualified, relevant local experience supporting digital technology end users, the service activity is aimed at helping sole traders, micro businesses, and small businesses make better use of technology through practical support, clear documentation and business continuity planning.
In many businesses, owners or office administrators manage computers, Microsoft 365, email, cloud services, printers, internet connections, software subscriptions and cybersecurity while also running the business. Our role is to manage that responsibility on their behalf for their benefit and to keep the knowledge and expertise within their business as their own intellectual property and business asset.
