Important Service Notice
Please note that our core service is computer end-user support and consultancy, with a primary focus on clients located in the suburb of Armadale. Support in surrounding suburbs is offered subject to staff availability and service capacity.
We are not a retail store for computer parts and accessories. While we do stock essential components, they are solely for use in servicing existing client devices and not for public resale.
Due to ongoing construction works related to the new raised rail and railway station in Armadale, access to our office may be impaired, and increased noise and vibration are affecting our operations.
Additionally, no suitable alternate office premises are available in the area, and there continues to be a shortage of experienced local IT support staff.
As a result:
All services are by appointment only
Priority is given to existing clients
We will only accept new clients subject to cancellations
Walk-ins are not accepted — please call ahead to book an appointment to avoid disappointment.
