Collaboration Driving Positive Change for Kelmscott Businesses

The Armadale Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Committee recently met with Main Roads Western Australia and representatives from the City of Armadale, following an invitation from the Hon. Tony Buti MLA to continue discussions on the future of the Kelmscott town centre.

The meeting formed part of the Chamber's ongoing advocacy work following the extensive research undertaken with local businesses to better understand the challenges affecting the economic performance of the Kelmscott precinct.

Representing the Chamber were President Deena Syed together with members of the Advocacy Committee, Paul Harrison and Daniel Bremer, who met with representatives from Main Roads WA, the City of Armadale and the Minister's office to discuss practical improvements that could enhance safety, accessibility and the overall experience for businesses, residents and visitors.

A number of important issues were discussed, including:

Opportunities to improve streetscape maintenance and contractor responsiveness.

Better lighting throughout the town centre to improve public safety and confidence.

Road and traffic concerns, including sections of the highway intersection that require further attention.

Verge maintenance and parking issues affecting accessibility.

The importance of encouraging more people to shop locally and support Kelmscott businesses.

New residential land releases and continued business development opportunities that will bring more people into the area.

Following the meeting, the group undertook a walk-through of the Kelmscott town centre, inspecting a number of locations identified by local businesses. This provided an opportunity to discuss issues firsthand, including road conditions, parking, verge maintenance, lighting and pedestrian accessibility, while exploring practical solutions through collaboration.

One of the strongest outcomes from the meeting was the recognition that businesses need greater clarity about which government agency is responsible for different types of infrastructure and maintenance issues. Whether it is a pothole, faulty streetlight, damaged verge or utility fault, reporting issues to the correct organisation helps ensure they are addressed more efficiently.

Main Roads WA also reminded attendees that potholes and road defects on State roads can be reported by calling 138 138, and encouraged businesses to include photographs and precise locations to assist response teams. Main Roads advised they have established response time targets and aim to rectify reported hazards as quickly as possible.

The discussion also highlighted the positive momentum building within Kelmscott. With additional land becoming available for development and continued investment in the area, there is growing confidence that the precinct can attract new residents, new businesses and increased economic activity.

Looking Ahead

The meeting reinforced a shared commitment between government agencies and the Armadale Chamber of Commerce to continue working together to strengthen Kelmscott's economic future as part of our first advocacy project.

As part of the Chamber's ongoing advocacy work, discussions are continuing with key stakeholders regarding opportunities for further engagement and strengthen the Kelmscott Public Realm Strategy. This may include future information and feedback sessions that would provide local businesses and stakeholders with an opportunity to hear project updates, share their experiences, and contribute to future planning and improvements across the precinct.

The Armadale Chamber of Commerce remains committed to working collaboratively with government agencies and community partners to ensure local business perspectives continue to inform the future revitalisation of the Kelmscott Town Centre.

By working collaboratively with government, local businesses and the broader community, the Chamber remains committed to advocating for practical improvements that create a safer, more vibrant and economically stronger Kelmscott.

Where to Report Common Kelmscott Issues

One of the key outcomes from the advocacy meeting was the need to make it easier for businesses and residents to know who is responsible for what. During the discussion, it became clear that many issues are reported to the wrong organisation, resulting in delays and frustration.

The following guide will help businesses report issues to the correct authority.

Responsible Authority

Where to Report

Traffic signals on State Roads

Main Roads WA

Depends on ownership. Many faults should first be reported to the City of Armadale, while some infrastructure is managed by Western Power. If unsure, contact the City who can direct the request appropriately.

Have Your Say: How Are Recent Federal Tax Changes Affecting Your Business?

The Armadale Chamber of Commerce is inviting local business owners, investors and professionals to participate in a short survey that will help shape future advocacy on recent Federal Government tax reforms.

Recent legislative changes relating to Capital Gains Tax (CGT), trust taxation and negative gearing have generated significant discussion across Australia’s business community. Whether these changes have already affected your business or are influencing your future planning, your experience matters.

As a founding member of the Bullwinkel Business Alliance, the Armadale Chamber is working alongside Chambers of Commerce and business networks across the electorate to ensure regional businesses have a strong and unified voice in Canberra.

Rather than relying on assumptions or commentary, we want to present decision-makers with real data collected directly from business owners operating in our communities.

Why We’re Conducting This Survey

Good advocacy begins with evidence.

This survey has been developed to better understand how recent Federal tax reforms are impacting businesses across our region. The findings will help identify common challenges, emerging trends and areas where businesses require greater certainty or support.

The results will be compiled with responses from participating Chambers throughout the Bullwinkel electorate to create a comprehensive picture of the issues facing regional businesses.

This information will be used to:

· Inform advocacy with Federal Members of Parliament and Senators.

· Support discussions with relevant government departments and policymakers.

· Identify the key issues affecting businesses across the region.

· Ensure the voice of local business is represented through evidence-based advocacy.

Your Privacy Matters

All survey responses are completely anonymous.

Individual businesses will not be identified, and no personal information will be shared. Only aggregated results will be analysed and presented as part of the Alliance’s advocacy work.

What the Survey Covers

The survey takes approximately five minutes to complete and asks about:

· The impact of recent Capital Gains Tax changes.

· Trust taxation reforms.

· Changes relating to negative gearing.

· How these reforms may influence future investment, business growth and planning.

Whether the impact on your business has been significant, minimal or you are still uncertain, your perspective is valuable.

Every Voice Strengthens Our Collective Voice

The stronger the participation, the stronger our advocacy.

By taking just five minutes to complete the survey, you will be contributing to a regional evidence base that helps ensure policymakers understand the real-world impacts these legislative changes are having on Western Australian businesses.

Together, we can advocate for practical policy that supports business growth, investment and long-term economic prosperity.

Complete the Survey

Click here to complete the survey

Thank you for supporting the Armadale Chamber of Commerce and helping us represent the interests of businesses across our region.

Together, we are building a stronger voice for local business.

Armadale Chamber of Commerce Meets with Hon. Tony Buti MLA to Advocate for Kelmscott Businesses

The Armadale Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Sub-committee members, Paul Harrison from Beaver Trees and Daniel Bremer from Swatapest, recently met with local Member for Armadale and Hon. Dr Tony Buti MLA, Deputy Premier of Western Australia, to discuss the findings of the Kelmscott Business Advocacy Project and the challenges facing businesses operating within the town centre.

The meeting forms part of the Chamber's ongoing commitment to representing the interests of local businesses and ensuring that the concerns of business owners are heard by decision-makers at all levels of government.

Over recent months, the Chamber has engaged with local businesses throughout the Kelmscott Town Centre Precinct. Through surveys, walk-throughs, and direct consultation, a number of recurring themes emerged, including concerns around the condition and presentation of the precinct, safety and security, accessibility, economic activity, and the long-term impacts of both COVID-19 and the Albany Highway road project.

One of the key outcomes of the discussion was a commitment to explore a meeting with Main Roads Western Australia to better understand the status of outstanding works, repairs, maintenance requirements, and elements of the Albany Highway project that businesses believe remain incomplete or have deteriorated over time.

Many businesses have expressed concerns that aspects of the project have not delivered the outcomes originally anticipated and that several areas of the town centre continue to require attention. The Chamber believes it is important that these concerns are reviewed collaboratively and that businesses are given the opportunity to provide direct feedback to the relevant agencies.

We appreciate Hon. Tony Buti's willingness to support a future meeting with Main Roads and to continue the conversation regarding opportunities for investment and revitalisation within Kelmscott.

The Chamber also welcomed discussions regarding the City of Armadale's recently announced Shopfront Improvement Grant Program, which will provide eligible businesses with access to matched funding of up to $5,000 to improve the appearance of their premises. This initiative represents an important first step in supporting local business confidence and enhancing the presentation of the precinct.
Additional discussion focused on broader opportunities to improve the attractiveness, accessibility, and activation of the town centre, particularly as future government investment and development projects are considered for the area.

The Chamber remains committed to working constructively with local, state, and federal stakeholders to advocate for practical improvements that will support business growth, increase visitation, and help restore confidence in Kelmscott as a commercial destination.

We thank Hon. Tony Buti for taking the time to meet with representatives of the Chamber and local businesses, and we look forward to continuing to work together on initiatives that will deliver meaningful outcomes for the Kelmscott business community.

The Kelmscott Advocacy Project is ongoing, and we encourage local businesses to continue sharing their experiences and priorities as we work collectively to build a stronger future for the precinct.

From the President's Desk – May 2026 Update

Armadale Chamber of Commerce

Building Strong Foundations for the Future

As President of the Armadale Chamber of Commerce, one of my priorities is ensuring our members have greater visibility of the work being undertaken by the Board. While much of our effort happens behind the scenes, it is important that members understand the initiatives, advocacy, governance improvements, and partnerships that are helping strengthen our Chamber and local business community.

To support this, we will now be providing a monthly President's Update to keep members informed of key developments, opportunities, and achievements.

April has been a significant month for the Chamber as we continue to focus on strengthening governance, improving member value, and building stronger relationships across the region.

Strengthening Governance and Compliance

A major focus for the Board has been governance and compliance.

With the appointment of a new Secretary and the addition of a new Events Committee Member, we have taken the opportunity to review and strengthen the systems, policies, and procedures that support the Chamber.

The Board has engaged external legal support to assist with several key governance projects, including:

Constitution Review

Risk Management Framework

Board Appointment Agreements

Post-Resignation Procedures

In parallel, our Learning Committee has been working with WHS advisory specialists to review and update a range of operational policies, including:

Workplace Health & Safety

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Code of Ethics

Conflict of Interest

Offboarding Procedures

Social Media and Communications

These initiatives are designed to ensure the Chamber remains compliant with evolving legislative requirements while creating a strong foundation for future growth.

The Board is also reviewing insurance requirements and implementing Board Indemnity Deeds to further strengthen governance and protect volunteers who dedicate their time to serving the Chamber.

Strong Event Engagement Continues

One of the highlights of the first quarter has been the strong engagement we continue to see across our events.

All three Coffee Catch-Up events held this year have sold out, demonstrating the growing demand for quality networking opportunities within the local business community.

We were also pleased to host our first International Women's Day event, attended by Mayor Ruth Butterfield. The positive feedback received from attendees reinforces the importance of creating opportunities for local businesses to connect, learn, and collaborate.

The Chamber would like to thank all members, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers who continue to support our events.

Marketing Results Showing Strong Growth

Our marketing and communications efforts continue to generate strong results.

During the first quarter, the Chamber achieved:

3,861 website visits

77,951 Facebook views

35 new Facebook followers

13 new Instagram followers

10 new LinkedIn followers

2,036 website clicks from event advertising campaigns

These results have been achieved with a modest Meta advertising investment of approximately $700 and demonstrate the growing reach and influence of the Chamber within the local business community.

Advocacy and Strategic Partnerships

Advocacy remains one of the Chamber's most important responsibilities.

We were pleased to receive ministerial approval for the use of the name "Chamber of Commerce." While the legal and administrative processes remain ongoing, this represents an important milestone in strengthening the Chamber's identity and position within the business community.

The Chamber is also working with ARBA and the Small Business Development Corporation to deliver a series of educational workshops at the City of Armadale Council facilities. These workshops will provide practical business knowledge and support for local businesses at all stages of growth.

Additionally, I recently attended the third Bullwinkel Alliance meeting hosted by the Wheatbelt Business Association. Building relationships with neighbouring Chambers provides opportunities for collaboration, stronger advocacy, and broader support for our members.

Supporting Kelmscott's Future

The Chamber welcomes the City of Armadale's commitment of $1.5 million towards the beautification and revitalisation of Kelmscott.

While improved streetscapes are important, the Chamber will continue advocating to ensure these investments deliver tangible economic benefits for local businesses through increased visitation, improved accessibility, activation initiatives, and stronger commercial outcomes.

We look forward to working collaboratively with the City and all stakeholders to ensure business voices remain part of the conversation.

Membership Growth

The Chamber continues to grow, with five new members joining during this reporting period. Although membership has not been a core focus this year, we are sitting at 409 contacts and a healthy 103 members between members and sponsors.

Every new member strengthens the collective voice of our business community and contributes to the Chamber's ability to advocate, connect, and support local businesses.

To our new members - welcome. We look forward to helping you grow your networks and your business.

Looking Ahead

The coming months will see continued work across governance, advocacy, events, sponsorship development, and member engagement.

Our focus remains clear:

Strengthening governance & finalising board structure

Supporting local businesses through education

Creating meaningful networking opportunities

Expanding educational programs and workshops

Building stronger advocacy outcomes for our region

Strengthening our relationship with nearby Chambers and SME Groups.

On behalf of the Board, thank you for your ongoing support of the Armadale Chamber of Commerce.

Together, we are building a stronger, more connected business community.

From content creation and marketing to customer service, administration and decision-making, AI tools are rapidly becoming part of everyday business operations.

Recognising both the opportunities and challenges this presents, the Armadale Chamber recently hosted an AI & Business Compliance Workshop featuring Juan Perez, Principal of Quest Legal.

The session brought together local business owners and professionals eager to better understand how AI can be implemented responsibly while managing the legal risks that often go unnoticed.

AI Adoption is Growing Faster Than Regulation

One of the key themes explored during the workshop was the speed at which businesses are adopting AI technologies compared to the development of laws and regulations governing their use.

While AI can significantly improve efficiency and productivity, Juan highlighted that many organisations are unknowingly exposing themselves to risks relating to privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, data security and compliance obligations.

For many attendees, the workshop was a timely reminder that implementing AI is not simply a technology decision—it is also a governance and risk management consideration.

Understanding the Risks

Throughout the session, Juan provided practical examples of how businesses may inadvertently create legal exposure when using AI platforms.

Topics discussed included:

Uploading confidential client or business information into AI tools

Ownership of AI-generated content

Privacy obligations when handling customer data

Employee use of AI systems without appropriate policies

Intellectual property risks

The importance of maintaining human oversight over AI-generated outputs

Importantly, Juan translated complex legal concepts into practical advice that small and medium-sized businesses could immediately understand and apply.

Practical Guidance for Business Owners

One of the most valuable aspects of the workshop was its practical focus.

Rather than simply discussing potential risks, attendees were provided with clear guidance on how to establish appropriate controls and governance measures within their organisations.

Juan encouraged businesses to proactively review how AI is currently being used across their operations and to develop clear internal guidelines that help employees understand what is acceptable and what may create legal exposure.

A Generous Contribution to the Business Community

A highlight of the session was Juan's generosity in providing attendees with a sample AI Policy that businesses can use as a foundation for developing their own internal AI governance framework.

This practical resource gave participants a tangible starting point for implementing responsible AI practices within their organisations.

The workshop also featured an engaging question-and-answer session, with business owners raising real-world scenarios and seeking guidance on how AI can be safely integrated into their businesses.

The quality of the discussion demonstrated the growing interest among local businesses in understanding both the opportunities and responsibilities associated with AI adoption.

Supporting Businesses Through Education

As technology continues to evolve, education and awareness will play a critical role in helping businesses remain competitive while protecting themselves from unnecessary risk.

The Armadale Chamber is committed to delivering practical learning opportunities that help local businesses navigate emerging challenges, embrace innovation and build sustainable growth.

We extend our sincere thanks to Juan Perez and the team at Quest Legal for sharing their expertise, practical insights and resources with our business community.

The strong attendance and engagement throughout the workshop highlighted just how important this topic has become for businesses of all sizes.

AI is here to stay. The businesses that thrive will be those that embrace its potential while implementing the right safeguards to ensure compliance, accountability and responsible use.

For businesses seeking legal advice on AI governance, compliance or commercial matters, we encourage you to connect with Quest Legal for tailored guidance.

Together, we can ensure that innovation and compliance go hand in hand.

City of Armadale Exploring New Shopfront Improvement Grant for Local Businesses

The Armadale Chamber of Commerce is encouraging local businesses to keep an eye on a proposed new Shopfront Improvement Grant pilot currently being explored by the City of Armadale as part of its upcoming 2026/27 financial year budget discussions.

If approved, the 12-month pilot program could provide up to $5,000 in matched funding to businesses located within key areas of Kelmscott and Central Armadale to improve the appearance of their shopfronts and commercial premises.

The initiative is designed to support local economic activation while helping revitalise the streetscape and overall presentation of the town centre. Proposed eligible improvements are expected to include:

New or upgraded signage

External painting and façade improvements

Lighting upgrades

Minor façade repairs and visual enhancements

Under the proposed matched funding model, businesses may be able to receive up to $5,000 in funding when matching the same amount invested into their property improvements.

The Chamber sees this as a positive step toward strengthening the local business environment and improving the presentation of key commercial precincts throughout the region.

At this stage, the grant program has not yet been officially approved or opened for applications. The proposal was discussed as part of the May 2026 Council budget considerations, with further updates expected following the finalisation of the City’s budget process.

Once approved, applications are likely to be administered directly through the City of Armadale’s Economic Development team and made available via the City’s grants and funding channels.

Businesses interested in the proposed program are encouraged to:

Monitor updates from the City of Armadale

Register their interest early with the Economic Development Team

Start considering potential shopfront improvements that may qualify

For businesses wanting to prepare early or seek further information, the City of Armadale Economic Development Team can be contacted on (08) 9394 5833 or via email at economicdevelopmentteam@armadale.wa.gov.au.

The Armadale Chamber of Commerce will continue to advocate for initiatives that support local business growth, activation and investment across the region.

Keep an eye out for more information and future updates as the proposed grant program progresses.

How Small Businesses Can Navigate the Current Global Crisis: Practical Steps & Support Available

The ongoing conflict in the Middle East is creating ripple effects across the global economy, impacting fuel prices, supply chains, and business confidence. For small businesses across Armadale and wider Western Australia, these pressures are real and immediate.

At the Armadale Chamber of Commerce, we’re committed to keeping our members informed, supported, and resilient. Here’s what you need to know and, more importantly, what you can do to protect and sustain your business during this time.

Understanding the Impact on Small Businesses

The current global situation is affecting businesses in several key ways:

Rising fuel costs impacting transport, logistics, and operational expenses

Supply chain disruptions causing delays, increased costs, and reduced availability

Cash flow pressure due to higher overheads and uncertainty

Volatility in international trade affecting exporters and importers

While Australia’s fuel supply remains stable in the short term, businesses should prepare for ongoing fluctuations and disruptions.

Government Support Available

The Australian Government has introduced several measures to help businesses manage the impact:

1. $1 Billion Economic Resilience Program

This program will provide interest-free loans to support businesses in critical sectors such as:

Manufacturing

Freight and logistics

Fuel and fertiliser supply chains

These loans are designed to:

Help manage rising costs

Maintain operations

Strengthen supply chain resilience

Businesses impacted by market disruptions will be able to apply through participating banks.

2. Fuel Cost Relief

To ease immediate pressure:

Fuel excise has been reduced by 32 cents per litre (until 30 June)

Heavy Vehicle Road User Charges reduced to zero for 3 months

This is particularly beneficial for:

Transport businesses

Trades and mobile services

Logistics-dependent industries

3. Tax Relief & Flexibility

The ATO is offering temporary support, including:

Flexible payment plans

Remission of interest and penalties

Adjustments to PAYG instalments

Reduced compliance action in impacted industries

If your business is under pressure, engaging early with your accountant or the ATO is critical.

4. Easier Access to Finance

To support cash flow:

Lending rules have been relaxed for small businesses

Banks may offer:

Loan restructuring

Payment deferrals

Temporary credit increases

Practical Steps to Protect Your Business

Beyond government support, there are immediate actions you can take to strengthen your business:

1. Review Your Contracts

Check clauses around pricing, delays, and force majeure

Ensure your agreements reflect current risks

Seek legal advice where needed

2. Strengthen Cash Flow Management

Monitor expenses closely (especially fuel and logistics)

Speak early with lenders, suppliers, and service providers

Explore payment plans or cost adjustments

3. Plan for Supply Chain Disruptions

Engage early with suppliers and logistics partners

Build flexibility into inventory where possible

Consider local sourcing options

4. Communicate with Customers

Be transparent about delays or price changes

Set realistic expectations

Maintain trust through clear communication

5. Monitor Costs & Adjust Pricing

Keep an eye on freight and delivery charges

Adjust pricing where necessary to maintain margins

Stay informed about fuel surcharge changes

6. Document Decisions

Keep records of key decisions, changes, and agreements

This is essential if disputes arise later

Support Beyond Government

You don’t have to navigate this alone. There are additional support avenues available:

Financial counsellors – free and confidential support from the SBDC

Industry bodies – legal, workforce, and trade support

Banks and insurers – hardship support, payment plans, and flexibility

Local networks – including the Armadale Chamber community

A Message to Our Members

Periods of uncertainty test every business—but they also create opportunities to strengthen systems, build resilience, and rethink strategies.

At the Armadale Chamber, we encourage all members to:

Seek advice early

Stay informed

Lean on your business community

Need Support?

If your business is feeling the impact, reach out:

Speak to your accountant or financial advisor

Contact your bank or service providers

Engage with industry support organisations

Together, we can navigate this and come out stronger.

This is not just about surviving the current crisis—it’s about building a more resilient, adaptable business for the future.

Supporting Local Business Growth and Development in Kelmscott

The Armadale Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of a pilot advocacy project in Kelmscott aimed at understanding how we can better support local businesses and strengthen the local economy.

This initiative is focused on listening to business owners — understanding their challenges, priorities, and opportunities for growth — so we can work together to create a more vibrant, sustainable, and connected business community in Kelmscott.
Click here to share your story in our Kelmscott Business Survey.

Celebrating Local Excellence – A Memorable Pride of Workmanship Awards Night

On Friday, 6 June 2025, we proudly hosted the Pride of Workmanship Award Night at Honeyeater House — an inspiring evening dedicated to recognising the hardworking individuals and businesses who go above and beyond to serve our community with passion, dedication, and pride.

With over 60 attendees, the evening was a true celebration of local spirit and collaboration. Guests were treated to heartfelt speeches from Mayor Ruth Butterfield, who spoke passionately about the importance of community recognition, and Anthony Pyle, President of the Rotary Club of Armadale, who highlighted the values that underpin the Pride of Workmanship awards. Our very own Deena Syed, President of Business Armadale, delivered a powerful address about the role local businesses play in shaping the future of our region.

We extend our deepest thanks to the City of Armadale for their ongoing support and partnership in bringing this event to life. Their commitment to recognising and uplifting our local business community makes events like this possible.

A special thank you goes out to everyone who took the time to nominate local business owners and employees — those who consistently go the extra mile to deliver quality service and make Armadale a better place to live and work.

The Pride of Workmanship Awards remind us that excellence exists all around us — in our cafés, clinics, stores, and workshops. We’re proud to continue celebrating those who embody the spirit of integrity, reliability, and community leadership.

Stay tuned for more events that shine a light on our local legends — and thank you to everyone who helped make the evening such a success.

Business Empowerment Sundowner: A Celebration of Accessibility and Inclusion

On Friday evening, the Armadale Chamber of Commerce and APM Communities proudly co-hosted the Business Empowerment Sundowner, an inspiring event dedicated to showcasing how accessibility and inclusion can drive business success.

Held at the picturesque Honeyeater House in Harrisdale, the event welcomed over 40 local businesses, with more than 50 tickets sold. From 5pm to 8pm, attendees enjoyed a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, complete with a beautifully curated grazing board (from Amy at The Simple Grazer) and refreshing mimosa champagne, generously provided by the Chamber.

The evening focused on the powerful message that being accessible and inclusive isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s also good for business. Attendees were surprised and delighted by how much they learned, with many expressing how eye-opening and valuable the insights were.

Guests were treated to the wonderful live sounds of Benny Rowe, a talented vision-impaired musician whose performance added a warm and uplifting energy to the evening.

Each guest received a resource bag filled with tools and information to help them take practical steps toward greater accessibility. The event also featured a lucky draw, with several attendees walking away with fantastic prizes including local artwork, premium wine, and a gourmet cheese board.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees praising both the content and the warm, collaborative atmosphere. It was a fantastic evening of learning, networking, and community building—one that highlighted the strength and potential of inclusive business practices.

Are You Sabotaging Motivation?

Did you know that using rewards might actually undermine motivation in the long run? Sounds counterintuitive, right? This effect, also known as the Sawyer Effect, demonstrates how external incentives can erode intrinsic drive. In fact, research suggests that the more you use carrots and sticks to push someone, the less likely they are to be intrinsically motivated. So, what does work when it comes to lasting motivation and behaviour change?

That’s where behavioural science steps in. By understanding the deeper, psychological triggers behind motivation, we can start crafting strategies that not only help us achieve our own goals but also inspire others to make meaningful changes.

In this upcoming workshop on Motivation and Behaviour Change, we’ll dive into the principles to build intrinsic motivation—the kind that lasts—and create an environment where motivation thrives. We’ll take a look at behavioural insights that will provide you with 4 essential ingredients to build motivation: your very own recipe for motivation!

If you're ready to break free from the traditional "carrots and sticks" approach and truly understand how to motivate yourself and others, this session is for you! Join me for an interactive workshop designed to give you the tools to spark real, sustainable change.
