Ben Neilson is a Perth-based Cyber Security Architect and IT professional with extensive experience helping businesses strengthen their technology systems, cybersecurity and overall digital resilience.

As a key professional within Neilson IT Solutions, Ben works with businesses across Perth, providing practical IT solutions, cybersecurity guidance, risk management and technology support. Neilson IT Solutions specialises in helping small and medium-sized businesses improve their IT security, manage vulnerabilities and build systems aligned with recognised cybersecurity standards.

Ben has a strong focus on making cybersecurity practical and accessible for business owners. His experience includes IT security, cyber awareness, IT audits, vulnerability management, compliance and governance, and helping organisations better understand and manage their cyber risks.

Ben is also involved in the wider Western Australian cybersecurity community and has contributed to industry initiatives focused on improving cyber resilience and awareness among businesses.

Armadale Region Business Association Inc.T/A Armadale Chamber of Commerce

Annual General Meeting of Armadale Region Business Association Inc., trading as Armadale Chamber of Commerce, will be held as follows:

Date: Thursday, 24 September 2026
Time: 5:30 – 6:30
Venue: Armadale District Hall

The Annual General Meeting provides members with the opportunity to receive an update on the activities and performance of the Chamber for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, consider the financial report of the Association, and conduct the governance business required under the Chamber's Constitution.

Business of the Annual General Meeting

The business of the meeting will include:

Welcome and confirmation of quorum.
Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any Special General Meeting minutes requiring confirmation.
Presentation and consideration of the FY26 Committee President's Report.
Presentation and consideration of the FY26 Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2026.
Determination of the number of Ordinary Committee Members to hold office for the coming year.
